Subject: Meeting: ISDN Tariff Modification (BellSouth)

Dear Mr. Baker:

My firm, ComStar Communications Corporation, along with other interested
parties represent some 200+ businesses in Atlanta that would be oposed to
the pending ISDN tariff modification to be submitted by BellSouth during
September.

It is my understanding that this tariff has yet to be filed as BellSouth
is waiting to file in eight of the nine BellSouth states simultaneously.

I am, by this writing, requesting a meeting with you (along with several
other interested parties) to discuss the effects of this tariff on the
Georgia consumer and how this tariff is completely without merit since
the Tennessee PSC/PUC would not allow such an aggregious filing to be
made in their State.

I will be in contact with your office later this week to see if there is
a convenient time that we can get together.
