The ACLU, Electronic Frontiers Georgia, Mitchell Kaye (Georgia State Representative), and others held a press conference on the lawsuit against the State of Georgia, concerning HB1630, which is now law. The joint press conference was broadcast live on the Internet at 10:30 am (EST) on Tuesday September 24, 1996, until approximately 11:00. The Press Conference was held in the Georgia ACLU offices.
