Mytec Technologies has a patented solution for security of electronic
commerce and the positive identification of individuals through biometric

code or decode information. We are encryption algorithm independent and can

We strongly urge you to ensure that the regulations adopted by the State of
Georgia do not preclude the implementation of various technologies in
addition to public key + certifying authorities.  Electronic commerce is in
its infancy and any legislation that is drafted at this point must be
flexible enough to allow for various authentication technologies that are
presently available and for those that may be developed in the future.  We
cannot have government agencies writing legislation that stifles competition.
